We try, where possible, to have flat shipping rates and will have free shipping promotions from time to time. The cost of shipping is based on fair market value and there are no additional charges for handling.

Within 30 days of purchase, you are welcome to return your unworn, unaltered, unwashed with tags on item for a full refund.  Once your item is received, your refund will be promptly refunded.  In the usual event of a manufacturer's defect shipping costs will also be refunded.

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.  Whenever we ask for your information, we explain why and will not use it for any other purpose.  We do not believe in selling mailing lists.  Your personal information is exactly that - personal.  We respect it and ensure our website is powered with strong security to ensure it.
